Break Through Tech peer leaders help provide support to students—especially females and those from underrepresented communities—-- pursuing computer science, engineering, and information technology degrees at George Mason University.

Libby Bradford, coordinator of outreach and student career management at Break Through Tech for the Department of Computer Science at George Mason University, dedicates her time to help students get into the tech workspace and harness their talent.

The Katona Scholarship for Excellence in Bioengineering began in 2015, and is awarded to bioengineering seniors at Mason who show excellence across their academic performance, leadership initiatives, and career aspirations that aim to support society at large.
