Senior Director of Communications & External Relations
Meet the Team
Martha sets the overall communications strategy for the college while providing leadership and guidance to her team and clients. In her role as a communicator, she writes articles, scripts, speeches, organizes talking points and presentations for leadership.
Nathan promotes the college’s brand and image in alignment with the university’s. He provides key messaging and positioning through multi-channel communications, marketing, and branding. He serves as primary contact point for media and public relations for the college.
The digital content developer creates and manages digital content for the college including our newsletter, social media channels, and the SiteMasonry family of websites. This position also reports on and writes original articles for CEC news about research, students, events, and more and serves as a communications specialist for Break Through Tech at Mason.
Raissa designs and creates illustrations and graphics for the college’s digital publications and print collateral. Her creativity and skill as a graphic artist bring visual interest to our news features, advertising, and research stories.
Rena supports the school and the Breakthrough Tech initiative with her writing, editing, and digital assets.
Tama supports the efforts to maintain CEC and departmental websites by creating and editing content and updating information.
Cameron supports the CER team by updating news stories, evaluating errors and content on the pages, and strategizing marketing goals.
