Ways to support CEC

Industry Partners support CEC students by providing funds for scholarships, named labs, innovative programs, endowed faculty positions, CEC Dean’s Excellence Fund or the CEC Dean’s Technology Innovation Fund.

  • Opportunity to host a personalized recruiting table in the Nguyen Engineering building to highlight the company and interact with students.
  • Once a semester, a section in a newsletter to all CEC students will highlight your company, current internship and employment opportunities, and a short biography of a Mason alum at your company.
  • Access to CEC career services contact person to help maximize internship and job postings.


  • The corporate logo displayed on the CEC Industry Partner wall in the Nguyen Engineering building.
  • Press releases and social media posts on the impact Industry Partner’s philanthropy is having on CEC students and research.
  • Graduate Education: Employees of our Corporate Partners are given the opportunity to apply for graduate programs in CEC using the Fast- track program which has fewer application requirements.


  • Invitations to events hosted by the CEC including the undergraduate research celebration and department-hosted networking events.
  • Invitations to events designed to engage Dean and Faculty leadership with CEC Industry Partners


  • Invitations to guest lecture or present a case study in CEC classrooms.
  • Opportunity to be involved in a department advisory board within the college.
